Mauricio Reynoso is a senior executive with more than 35 years of experience as Leader of organizational practices in culture, change, leadership, talent management, organizational design and engagement. He has worked as HR top executive for multinational companies in the Consumer, Automotive and Pharmaceutical sectors, working for Fortune 500-ranked companies such as Merck Sharp & Dohme, Mars Inc., BD, The Coca-Cola Co., Coca-Cola Femsa and Chrysler. In Mauricio's experience, he highlights his regional leadership in Latin America for the design and implementation of successful strategies by anticipating people-related challenges in complex, volatile and uncertain markets. Thus, it has managed to reconcile effective Talent management with corporate business performance, reputation and governance. Currently, Mauricio is Managing Director of the Mexican Association in Human Resources Management, a professional group with more than 70 years of existence and a reference in the talent management area. Mauricio has been an advisor and Executive Coach working with Senior Management teams in international aviation, consumer, medical devices and infrastructure companies. He is a mentor at Endeavor, by supporting entrepreneurs in his projects in the financial and market analytics sectors. Mauricio has not been oblivious to sharing experiences and knowledge for which it has developed an active academic trajectory. Among the most recent, he designs and coordinates the Diploma in Strategic Talent Management at the Instituto Autónomo de México (ITAM). He is also a postgraduate professor collaborating with the Universidad Iberoamericana in the field of Management Skills Development. He has also been a professor at Tec de Monterrey (1983-1986) and Universidad Panamericana (1997). Mauricio holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico City, graduated with honors. He holds the Diploma in Senior Management D1 from the Pan American Institute in Business Management (IPADE). He's a UIA-certified coach. In February 2020 he was awarded the Honorary Doctorate of the Doctoral Cloister in ceremony held in Ciudad Universitaria, CDMX. |
